My New Logo
by Arun
In the last few weeks, I met many people from the blogging world. They gave me their business cards and asked for mine, but I didn’t have one. So I decided that I needed to get a personal card. Then when I was deciding on the layout of my card, I figured that it would be cool to have my own logo on it. I’ve had this idea of merging an A and V, my initials, to make a logo. After a few iterations, I came up with these:
For the color, I chose Pantone 374 C since it is a nice serene green and not too jarring to the eye. The simple logo is for things like business cards and stationary where a very simple logo is better. The main logo is for things like my website, if I ever get around to writing up my own custom theme. I might even choose an orange color and make two different cards, one personal one and another one for employers and such. What do you guys think?

Reminds me a bit of Vaio, amirite?
Also, I like the simple one better than the main. Not sure about the color, but I see that you tried to match it with the overall tone of the website.
I like the simple one better, too! And I think the color is fine.
The first thing that the main one reminded me of was a mitochondrion.
It does also look like the VA in Vaio now that you mention it.

It’s nice though; I like the color.
The main one is cool!
