My Picks for the Week II

It looks like it has come around to this part of the week already. So here is the list of things that I found particularly interesting this week.

1. Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-Wheats Strawberry Delight: It seems like Kellogg’s recently released some new flavors of mini-wheats like cinnamon streusel, blueberry muffin and unfrosted. I wasn’t really aware that there were other flavors(who actually keeps up with cereal releases lol). But I bought some for breakfast and boy are they good. And one cool feature makes me want to declare this my favorite cereal of all time. The strawberry frosting turns milk into strawberry milk. I challenge you to find a cereal that can beat that.

2. Gee by SNSD: Ok. I am not a fan of SNSD. I think the Wonder Girls are better in every respect, but I do have to say that their new song Gee is mighty catchy. I downloaded an HD music video and have seen it at least 10 times already. I kinda like their outfits in some of the music videos too. There are just too many of them though. 9 girls is just way to hard to follow. But I am impressed that they have finally made a song that might be as catchy as “Tell Me” or “So Hot.”
3. Best of Ray Lynch by Ray Lynch: I came across this when I was looking around for some relaxing music that wouldn’t be too distracting when I am studying. I used to listen to Yanni when I studied, but since I’ve been listening to his songs almost all my life, they’re getting kinda old. Ray Lynch’s songs easily filled the void that Yanni’s songs left. They use a set of instruments that work well together and present very serene themes. My absolute favorite song on this album? “Celestial Soda Pop.”

4. Cake Wrecks: This site is absolutely hilarious. It’s basically just the failblog for cakes. The amount of fail ranges from misinterpretation of the customers requests, to utter artistic failure. Since they post a few almost every day, this might be something good to add the the RSS reader.

I think if have more time later in the week, I’ll post something about my classes.
